- Full Refund (100%) – Cancel at least 5 days before your trip date by the cutoff time of 8:00 PM (Panama time).
- Partial Refund (50%) – Cancel between 2 and 5 days before your trip date by the cutoff time of 8:00 PM (Panama time).
- No Refund (0%) – Cancel less than 2 days before your trip date by the cutoff time of 8:00 PM (Panama time).

Conditions Warranting Issuance of Refunds
Sea San Blas commits to issuing refunds under the following specific circumstances:
- Cancellation by Sea San Blas: If Sea San Blas cancels a trip due to weather-related safety concerns or other unforeseen circumstances, guests may opt for rescheduling or receiving a refund based on the refund policy stated above.
- Evacuation from Trip/Excursion: In cases where a medical emergency requires evacuation from a trip, or if Sea San Blas encounters an unforeseen emergency, a refund will be provided in accordance with the refund terms stated above.
Exclusions to Refund Eligibility
Refunds will
not be issued in the following scenarios:
- Early Departure by Guest: Guests who leave a trip before its scheduled conclusion are not eligible for refunds.
- Non-Attendance: Guests who fail to attend their scheduled trip without prior cancellation will not receive a refund.
- Dissatisfaction with Weather Conditions: Refunds will not be issued for personal dissatisfaction with weather conditions on the day of the trip unless Sea San Blas deems the weather unsafe for travel.
- Failure to Meet at Designated Pickup Location: Guests who are not present at their stated pickup location at the scheduled time or who miss their morning departure are not eligible for refunds. Rescheduling for another day may be offered at no additional cost.
- Late Cancellation by Guest: Cancellations made
less than 2 days before 8:00 PM (Panama time) will result in forfeiture of refund eligibility, except under extenuating circumstances supported by credible proof.
Adherence to Our Refund Policy
Sea San Blas enforces this policy strictly to ensure fairness and maintain operational integrity. Requests for refunds outside of these conditions will not be considered. This policy is subject to change at the discretion of Sea San Blas without prior notice.
